Rent Due Dates, Late Fees, & Compliance

Rent is due on the 1st of each month with a 4-day grace period under Oregon law, allowing payment until the 5th without a late fee. Late fees begin on the 6th day & follow state guidelines for a flat, daily, or incremental fee as stated in the lease. If rent is unpaid by the 8th day, a 10-day pay or quit notice is issued.
