We conduct a thorough background & credit check to verify identity, assess financial reliability, confirm rental history, & ensure income stability.
Step 3: Fast & Fair Review
Applications are reviewed quickly & in the order received. If additional information is needed, we’ll reach out promptly to keep the process moving.
Step 4: Approval & Lease Signing
Once approved, we guide you through the lease agreement, answer any questions, & schedule a move-in date that works for both you & the property owner. We also provide key details about payments, maintenance, & property guidelines to ensure a smooth transition.
Most applications are processed within 24 hours, though more detailed screenings may take a few extra days. Rest assured, we work as efficiently as possible while maintaining a thorough & fair process.
